Chivoda Technology Group is looking for Tier II and Tier III support technicians to join our ever growing Network Operations Team.  The NOC technician will provide Tier II support for Chivoda’s growing customer base.  For more information and details contact us below.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to triage and quickly identify a path to resolution
  • Provide Single point of contact for high-risk service impacting events
  • Knowledge and ability of working within a fast paced operation
  • Strong documentation skills



  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP
  • Thorough understanding of the OSI Model
  • Strong knowledge of routing protocols BGP, OSPF, RIP, EIGRP,
  • Experience with Network Monitoring tools
  • Superb communication skills
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and quickly find a path to resolution
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Ability to meet Service Level Agreements
